Join us on April 1, 2023, at Karbach Brewery for Houston's largest, fully-inclusive yoga and sound bowl session. Check-in begins at 10 am. The yoga begins around 10:30. After the yoga, stay to enjoy the sounds of The HUBCAPS - a Houston-based band composed of musicians celebrating the talents of neuro-diversity. This yoga session is open to people of all abilities. Regardless of your previous experience in yoga, we promise you will leave with the mental and physical benefits of practicing yoga. Please bring your own mat or towel for an optimal yoga experience. The first 400 attendees receive a Bloom-branded Vuori t-shirt. In addition, the first 30 attendees also receive a Vuori yoga mat. This event is free, but registration is required. Donations are appreciated as Yoga for All funds life-long fitness for over 750 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities year-round. Consider becoming a monthly donor to increase your impact. Parking is available in all Karbach Brewery parking lots. For bus/van drop-off, please use the parking lot next to the Karbach gift shop.
